Someone streamline me

Isn’t technology meant to make life easier?

I have a server, this blog, a Tumblr blog, twenty email addresses, five domain names, heaps of social media properties to manage and at least four online banking account plus endless passwords for work and personal logins.

I need a way to streamline and simplify/manage all if this content and keep being creative at the same time.

Help!
