While visiting the Ron Mueck Exhibition on show at the National Galleries Victoria, I was able to sneak some footage on a FLIP Mini HD video camera.
I did get asked to stop rather quickly as well but nonetheless I thought it was worthy of my efforts to make a short video of the escapade.
I filmed the water wall which features at the front of the building and put the whole thing together to some random classical I was recording from vinyl that I liked the scratchy sound of before finishing it off with Imogen Heap’s ‘wait it out’ which I felt fit for some reason.
The end result is the short film found above.

There is definitely something eery about ‘Dead Dad’ which is the first sculpture you will see and no matter how many times I look at that giant baby it just freaks me out.
